DuduregbeGroup held its maiden Management Retreat from 26th to 27th December, 2019 at Hollands Hotel, Ijebu-Ode. The retreat was aimed at repositioning the company for efficient operation geared towards achieving its vision of being one of the market leaders in agriculture and agro-allied services in Nigeria by 2025. The retreat witnessed many paper presentations and discussions on farm practice. In her presentation titled the “the journey so far”, the Managing Director of the group, Mrs Adedoyin Aina, took the participants through the memory lane from inception in 2013 to date including some of the achievements and the challenges faced by the company.
